Your monthly premium will be collected by PremFina Limited.

We will lodge your Direct Debit instruction against the account provided within the next 5 working days. Your Direct Debit instruction will be confirmed to you by email within 3 working days or no later than 5 working days before the first collection.

The first instalment will be collected in 5 working days and then on or as close to your chosen direct debit date each month.

The name that will appear on your bank statement is PREMFINA-BESTINSUR.

If there are any changes to the date, amount or frequency of your Direct Debit, we will always give you 5 working days’ notice in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.

I confirm that the above details are correct. The monthly direct debits will form part of a credit agreement with Best Insurance and Premfina Limited. I also acknowledge that as part of the policy set up, Best Insurance and Premfina Limited will carry out searches at credit reference agencies and details of such searches will be added to the credit reference agencies records about me and may be seen by other organisations making searches.

On approval of your application, your policy documents pack will be sent to you by email. If you would like to receive your policy documents pack by post, please call us on 0330 330 9465 or email info@bestinsurance.co.uk. If we have any further questions, we will contact you on the email and contact numbers given by you in your application. The policy documents pack will have all the contact details for any future changes you may need to make to your policy. It will also have the contact details if you need to make a claim. If you have requested direct debit forms, we will send the same to you and will process your application as soon as we receive your signed direct debit forms.
